i just reload 20000cash on 11.11.2016 but dont get any cash when im log in

yeah samething happened to me, i bought cash on Skrill but it didnt work, so i use the others, i forgot the name but Skrill doesnt work for me but the others does.
When i used Skrill, it says on the charge was pending. And a day latter they didnt charge me because i didnt get my cash. So I would try another method
