I cant recover my International Wolfteam account please help me GM!

I merged my account 4 months ago however I forgot my new ID which I entered in the merge form. I sent to GM an E-mail 5 days ago and he never replied. I have all the information to prove its my account like -Date of creating the account -Country -old password - secret answer -email any information required. I have also this issue and still no replay from either softnyx website :( my account is 1 star tooo :(
